Bliss Firefighters responded on 1/9/19 for a report of a structure fire on Railrod Ave. with an automatic 2nd alarm dispatched.
Chiefs were notified enroute that the Highway Dept was on location reporting smoke showing & a working fire. Bliss 5-0 reported fire on the 2nd floor in a bedroom and contained to same.
Arcade, North Java, Pike, Castile, & Gainesville responded as mutual aid to the scene. Castile, Varysburg, Fillmore, Yorkshire, Silver Springs, & North Java provided fill in companies.
